Celebration of a car-free JFK forever!

On April 26, 2022, the Board of Supervisors passed Mayor Breed’s legislation to make the 1.5-miles of car-free space on JFK Drive in Golden Gate Park permanent.
It’s time to celebrate the HUGE number of people who made this historic win for our safety, health, and climate happen. And it just happens to be the exact two-year anniversary of car-free JFK on April 28!
We will meet on JFK Drive near the Conservatory of Flowers. There will be at least one food truck on JFK.
