A Support Event for Dealing with PTSD, Stress, and Anxiety After Your Crash or the Crash of a Loved One

Online Event with San Francisco Bay Area Families for Safe Streets

We are hosting a local support gathering with Clinical Social Worker and mindfulness teacher, Kerry Kulstad-Thomas on Tuesday, May 3 at 6:30PM.

Kerry will share tools for addressing challenges like PTSD, stress, and anxiety, and how to establish healthy routines for grounding and self-care. This is an online gathering for anyone who has been affected by a crash, and includes caregivers and loved ones. RSVP NOW.

San Francisco Bay Area Families for Safe Streets brings together people affected by traffic crashes, providing support and ways to channel grief into action. It is one of many chapters around the United States.
