Join us for walk audits in June: Clarendon near Twin Peaks and Larkin in the Tenderloin

 In Uncategorized

Want to shape and speed up safety fixes on two deadly streets?

Plans are in the works for the City to bring ‘Vision Zero Quick Build’ projects to Clarendon Avenue near Twin Peaks and Larkin Street in the Tenderloin. Quick Build projects use paint, posts, signs, and signals to design a street for greater safety for all.

Join us for an upcoming walk audit of Clarendon Avenue on Wednesday, June 7 and Larkin Street on Tuesday, June 20! We’ll systematically look at current pedestrian and traffic safety issues – and decide what is needed to keep us safe.

RSVP for Clarendon walk audit on Wednesday, June 7th from 5:00 – 6:30PM
RSVP for Larkin walk audit on Tuesday, June 20th 5:00 – 6:30PM

Here at Walk SF, we want to be sure the community is engaged in shaping these projects – and be sure these projects really happen on schedule and with the strongest possible protections for pedestrians.

Your involvement can make sure that happens! Help us identify and build support for serious safety improvements on these streets by coming to a walk audit this June.
