Have you been impacted by a traffic crash? Let’s talk on September 30th
No one individual or family should have to endure the aftermath of a devastating traffic crash alone.
That’s one of the reasons why San Francisco Bay Area Families for Safe Streets exists. Families for Safe Streets brings together crash survivors and people who have had loved ones injured or killed in crashes to support one another – and work together to prevent more tragedies from traffic violence.
The Families for Safe Streets fall orientation is on Thursday, September 30 at 5:00PM online. If you’ve been impacted by a crash, you’re invited to attend to learn more about this community. Wherever you’re at on your post-crash journey, we are here for you.
The orientation will include:
- Updates on key campaigns that Families for Safe Streets supports, like California legislation to allow lower speed limits to save lives.
- Conversations around the unique challenges faced by people who have been affected by crashes: processing trauma, common responses and misperceptions, and navigating legal issues.
- Sharing relevant resources, and upcoming support events and trainings.
- Plenty of time for your questions.
