Speak out for a people-first Market Street by July 31!

Thanks to you, we’re moving closer to our vision for a people-first Market Street, where half a million people walk every day. The ‘Better Market Street’ plan is set to be approved this year, and when it is, long-awaited, transformative changes can begin. This includes removing private vehicles from Steuart Street near the Ferry Building to Van Ness Avenue.

Take the City’s survey by July 31 to weigh in on some key, final decisions about Market Street.

On question #3, you can share your support for removing private vehicles ASAP.

On question #6, you can vote for the “design alternative” for Market and Van Ness (it’s much safer than the original plan).

And of course share your support for the most sidewalk space possible!
