Join our how-to trainings on winning safe streets for older adults

June 29, 2021 - June 30, 2021

How you can push for safe streets for all ages

Join Walk SF for a two-part online training via Zoom on how to advocate for safe streets as an older adult.

In Part One on June 29 at 4:00PM, we’ll discuss what makes streets safe or unsafe for older adults, and how streets can be designed so they are safer and more comfortable.

In Part Two on June 30 at 4:00PM, we’ll talk about how you can assess the safety of your nearby streets and intersections, and use materials from Walk SF to gather data to make your case.

At each training, we’ll raffle off prizes including Safeway gift cards and San Francisco walking maps.

Sign up for Part One – What Makes a Street Safe – Tuesday, June 29 – 4:00-5:00 pm
Sign up for Part Two – Collecting Data and Making Your Voice Heard – Wednesday, June 30 – 4:00-5:00pm
