Playground2Playground Family Walk

In May, our monthly walk will be our first-ever family walk!

We’ll start Playground2Playground at Cabrillo Playground in the Outer Richmond.

Join Walk San Francisco for a walking adventure that connects two wonderful playgrounds.

We’ll first play at Cabrillo Playground in the Outer Richmond. Then we’ll hike through Golden Gate Park at a leisurely pace to the 45th Avenue Playground/Boat Picnic Area. We’ll play some more and then hike back. In total the walk is about 2.25-2.5 miles.

Bring: Layers, sunblock, water, and jogging-type strollers for pushing little ones. Most of the route is paved, but there are a few stretches with well-packed dirt/gravel.

You can bring bikes and scooters, too, but we will walk at a more pedestrian pace (and scooters especially will need to be carried in non-paved sections). There are bathrooms at both playgrounds.
