Better Market Street: Bikeway Separation Open Houses

A Better Market Street project that greatly improves the city’s busiest pedestrian street is one of Walk SF’s top priorities this year. And you can help.
One key improvement would be a sidewalk-level bikeway all the way from Octavia to the Embarcadero. The project staff studied separation materials to fully delineate the bikeway from the sidewalk last month with your help and now has materials to test.
Especially if you are blind or low-vision, please come out for an upcoming Bikeway Separation Open House where you can learn more about the study and view different options.
